Additions to FPM

Hello! We wanted to provide an update on things here at FPM since it’s been a while. In the past year our team has expanded with the hiring of Clark Vicary and Andy Fennell, and we’re excited about what each of them has already been able to contribute to Fennell Property Management, Inc. Hiring two new full-time Property Managers has allowed us to focus even more time and effort on each individual association, ensuring that each client receives appropriate communication and information throughout each month. 

At Fennell Property Management, Inc. we believe that our ability and desire to communicate with you is what sets us apart. We understand that communication between a Property Manager and an association is vital to its success and improvement, and that’s why you’ll never have trouble getting in touch with us about issues that arise in your association. We take pride in our many long-standing relationships with homeowners’ associations across the Knoxville area, and we thank you all for allowing us to assist in taking the burden of association management off of your shoulders!
